PE-ZE120 Peltier Heating and Freezing Stage
The PE-ZE120 stage is a simple to use thermoelectrically cooled stage that accurately controls the temperature of microscope slides to +/-0.1C from -25 to 120°C.
The stage is built into the XY table of the Axioimager range of Zeiss microscopes (incl. Axioskop and Axioplan 1 and 2) so that the high resolution 0.9NA condenser top lens can be used. When coupled with a high resolution Plan Apochromat objective lens, this system provides the best optical performance temperature control stage available in it's class.
For oil immersion applications we have developed a precise fit peltier controlled cooling collar for the 63X 1.4NA apochromat lens.
