Platinum Pro Service
What is it?
The Linkam Platinum Pro Service is an all-inclusive priority repair service designed to give you peace of mind in the knowledge that any repair and related shipping costs are covered. If your Linkam system is damaged you will receive priority technical support and your system will be repaired, (or replaced), and returned to you without the delays associated with having to involve your purchasing department.
The Platinum Pro Service can be added on to the standard warranty to provide cover on the system for additional years
Platinum Pro provides more than just an additional warranty - it also covers all accidental damage
When purchased with a new system, your standard warranty is automatically upgraded to cover accidental damage
If a repair is required it will be assigned priority and escalated to the repairs’ team for immediate action
If a repair is required all shipping costs will be covered by Linkam
How Much Does It Cost?
It depends on your stage type and where you are in the world.
We are confident that the time you will save in administration and the shorter turn around time will more than justify the service.
This service can be purchased to go with any new stage (except the TS range, CCR1000, HS1500, and any custom products).
