Vertical Sample Holders

If you need to use your system vertically, we can supply you with a vertical sample holder which holds your sample windows in place.

Electrical Connections

Electrical connectors can be added to the THMS600 stage to enable electrical sample measurements. This must be specified when the system is purchased. 

Probes

It is possible to make electrical measurements on your sample using probes with the HFS600E stage - which is based on the design of the THMS600 and has similar specifications.
