PE120i Inverted Peltier system

Linkam’s inverted Peltier devices are used in cell biology labs worldwide in applications ranging from IVF and sperm motility to blood viability and low temperature cell preservation.

The PE120i uses Peltier technology to enable heating and cooling of your samples from -25°C to 120°C. It is an easy-to-use thermoelectrically cooled device which is ideally suited to basic temperature control applications and does not require liquid nitrogen to cool below ambient temperatures.

Bespoke PE120i for use with Nikon microscopes shown above.

Its unique design allows complete access to the sample and facilitates the use of microscope slides.

The PE120i is compatible with our optional NEXUS software, adding features such as data logging, graph generation and data export options and modules to add further capability, including live imaging and image analysis.

The system comes as a simple turn-key solution easily operated with little or no experience with temperature-controlled stages. Each system is supplied with the Linkam WCP Water Circulation Pump.

The PE120i is compatible with a range of manufacturers’ inverted microscopes and is designed to fit into the recess space of the XY table or simply replace the XY table of your inverted microscope. Manufacturer-specific versions of the PE120i are available for Leica, Nikon, Olympus and Zeiss microscopes.

Other custom designs can be available on request. Please contact us with your microscope details before purchasing.
