This section contains general questions you may have about your Linkam product.

Transporting a Linkam System

Do not ship any items to Linkam without first contacting Linkam Technical Support for an RMA number.

Make sure that the system is packed carefully and well protected, ideally in its original packaging.

Linkam cannot accept any items shipped to us without a completed hazardous materials declaration form, which will be provided to you when an RMA number is issued.

If the system includes a liquid nitrogen pump or humidity controller, make sure that the transit screws have been screwed into their transit position on the base of the unit as described in the T96 User Guide
