T95 System Controllers
The T95 controllers are complete Linkam system controllers capable of not only precision temperature control, but also moving precision stepper motors, displaying data from high resolution force transducers, humidity sensors, gas sensors and data streaming on to a live video feed.
The operating system can be accessed through LINK software or the 'LinkPad' - an ergonomic touch screen display - which enables the user to quickly enter experimental parameters for the hotstage.
A wider range of controls has been implemented for each line (ramp) of the temperature profile, including parameters such as vacuum pressure, tensile speed and force. External devices can be controlled through the two programmable open-drain outputs. Similarly a programmable input provides potential for the T95 to accept a trigger signal.
There are 3 models in the T95 System controller range.
A stand alone controller with LCD touchscreen data input. Includes RS232 connectivity for optional LINK software control.
A PC interface controller that requires LINK software to control your Linkam System (supplied with controller.
A stand alone controller for the peltier stages with LCD touch screen data input and includes RS232 connectivity for optional LINK software control.
The new controller has even better connectivity, now adding USB to the RS232 comm port option.
There's even more power, heating rates and limits have been significantly increased in specific hotstages (may require heating element upgrade)
System Control and Digital Image Capture Software
Control the hotstage and save all data with digital image capture using LINK PC control software. Unlock even more capability and data acquisition.
The T95 range can be used with older Linkam stages with only slight stage or stage lead modification. A new element is required to get the higher rates and limits.
The T95 has been designed to accept yet further data acquisition sensors and accept new power supplies to be compatible with a number of projects currently being worked on in Linkam's state of the art new R&D facility.
